We have been working on figurative paintings this past several weeks as we segued from Hands just prior to that. Most figurative compositions include arms and hands so that worked out quite smoothly.
Many of us, I am happy to report, are no longer so daunted by hands. That's a win!
So before I briefly share the new theme, which of course, you can glean from the title of this post, I will share a series of vintage portraits that I have been working on this past theme of 6 weeks or so.

NEW THEME beginning week of June 1.
I will be sharing an album of floral inspirations throughout art history and a basket full of ideas to generate inspiration. There are bouquets, botanicals, garden scenes, and close up intimate looks inside flowers. Even figuratives with florals integrated into the composition. And .... whatever else you can imagine.
Looks like we get a mini vacation end of June thanks to that 5th Monday. Woohoo.
