A FEW NOTES

*All artwork is unmatted and unframed unless otherwise noted. Almost every OIL and ACRYLIC painting is on a cradled panel ready to hang.
And, of course, no watermark will be on your piece, that’s only for web presence.

Watercolor and gouache pieces, as well as ink drawings, do not have a varnish of any kind unless otherwise noted. These are best preserved matted and behind glass.

Most of my  acrylic paintings are painted on wood panels, varnished and ready to hang.  I build 1″ cradles on each of them and paint the sides a nice matt black.  That means that as soon as you receive your picture just hang it up and Enjoy!

Example of the cradles I build for each of my acrylic and oil paintings on wood. These are easily hung on a pushpin and look FAB in a series of 4 or more.

Mixed Media artwork – please read the individual notes on these pieces to see if varnish is used or not.  In general I try to avoid any spray varnish as it is toxic, but do use UV acrylic varnish with a brush.

Color - As you most likely know, the color of artwork as you view it online may vary slightly from what you receive.  Different computer monitors render colors differently, and there is no way to change that. Please contact me with any questions you may have.

For Sale? – If there is a piece of art here on my blog that you like, and it is not marked as For Sale, please contact me, who knows?  Could be yours.

Commissions - Again, if you like my style and have something you would like painted, just contact me and we can discuss your ideas and wishes.

WATERMARK
Please note that any watermark that appears on a piece of my artwork displayed on this blog will not appear on your original.  However, each piece is signed by me (J E Springer).

SHIPPING
FREE U.S.  SHIPPING.  Each piece will be shipped carefully and safely, bubble-wrapped and packaged carefully in a (most cases) USPS Priority Mail box, as is required for it to make its safe journey to you.  USPS Priority mail is my preferred shipper and you will receive an email with the tracking number.

International customers: If you reside outside the U.S. just send me an email with the artwork you are interested in and I’ll be happy to quote you a shipping price to your destination.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your painting I will gladly refund your purchase. Please notify me of your return within 7 days of receiving your package.  Please repack – the very same as it was delivered and once it is returned I will be happy to issue a refund.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

SALES TAX
**Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to California addresses.
