SUMMARY in layman's terms:
- remove trapezium bone
- use forearm tendon to tie together other bones in there somewhere
- then wrap the rest of the tendon all up tightly
- shove it in where bone was removed
- and that becomes my new joint.
Oh joy, right?
Looks like I will be painting with my left hand for awhile.
