As many of you know, I am nuts, gaga, over the moon for Modigliani. I’m reading a bio of him right now and came upon a picture that inspired me to paint his portrait.  Always pretty loose, that’s my style, and still working heavily in ink and gouache.  My oils await my return, but for now I just can’t get enough ink and gouache.
