After my run of little paintings on recycled paper, here’s a more “serious” painting.

Well, this turned out rich.  A few weeks ago I found this nice piece of cardboard…..gessoed it, added some collage, foil, and textured it a bit.  Then I just started painting and this dramatic scene appeared.  I added ink and a few splatters for the finishing touches.  Picasso painted on cardboard lots, and if it’s good enough for him, it’s good enough for me!
