Found myself a HUGE old dictionary at the thrift store over the weekend, and I’m discovering after my foray into cardboard, and grocery bag experiments, that I love recycled papers and supports the best!  And it’s GREEN, which is great, because I have a GREEN commitment to my studio.  I figure with the acrylic mediums and gessos available that just about any surface is fair game.  Loving this.

This started out the night before with just splashes of gouche all over….the next day I woke up, looked at it from different angles, and then saw this image that continued to evolve.  I absolutly LOVE painting this way…letting the subject present itself from the imaginal realms.
