Limited palette…..and spanking new mural brushes, big guys, just waiting for a large canvas or piece of wood to dance upon. I set this still life up in a new box, and draped a beautiful multi-green/blue floral fabric behind it…..the challenge was making the brushes pop in front of the fabric. The painting is quite subtle, I think.
